Flexride – Car Rental Platform MVP
Flexride is a next-generation car rental platform designed to streamline the vehicle booking experience for both renters and business owners. Our team was contracted to design and build an MVP that demonstrated the platform’s potential for market validation and investor presentation. The project focused on creating a robust backend infrastructure, secure payment workflow, and a responsive interface for real-time car rentals and fleet operations. We successfully delivered the MVP within three weeks, showcasing essential functionality alongside advanced fleet management and analytics dashboards.

The Challenge
Flexride needed a functional MVP to validate its business concept and demonstrate end-to-end usability - from car discovery and reservations to owner-side management and analytics. The challenge was to design a secure, scalable solution within a tight three-week delivery timeline while maintaining production-level quality.
The Solution
We built a modular full-stack architecture combining Node.js and Express on the backend with React and TanStack Query on the frontend. The system supports user authentication, booking management, and Stripe-based payments. Business owners can add and manage vehicles, monitor bookings, and track performance through analytics dashboards. Fleet management and reporting tools were integrated to provide a strong foundation for Flexride’s potential commercial rollout.
